I would bet more people than not wish to improve their diet and start an exercise program sometime in the near future.

I would think it's one of the most popular New Year's resolutions... year after year.

Well, it's time to turn that wish into a dream by setting goals...

There is no better time than right now to get started on a program that fits your specific needs. You will look and feel better the day you begin a diet and exercise program... and that's exactly how you have to approach it.

I was fifteen when I began working out and watching my diet; to this day, I am fit and healthy. Diet and Exercise has been a part of my everyday living for well over thirty years.

I plan my exercise routine out to a minimum of four days a week; I alternate jogging and the gym... though I personally prefer to jog.

The key is to find what you enjoy doing the most and then stick with it on a regular basis. If jogging, walking, or riding a bike doesn't excite you then find something that does.

It is NEVER too late to begin a diet and exercise program.

The hard part is getting started and then creating a routine to ensure you stay on track. But, that is the ticket... start and stick with it.

Whether you want to lose a few extra pounds or a lot of weight, you have to begin by eating right... and creating a regular exercise routine. Make up your mind today, right now, that __________ is what you want to accomplish.

I pay attention to what and how much I eat. I am not obsessed with it; I just realize the importance of balancing diet and exercise.

Don't compensate exercise with what you have eaten by exercising for thirty minutes more because you ate too much. This is no way to live a healthy lifestyle.

BALANCE the two for a healthy way of living every day of your life. Control your eating habits. Overeating is NOT healthy.

And if you happen to have a sweet tooth... well, there is a limit to that! Have your sweets but don't eat the whole cake. If you treat yourself when you have the craving you will feel more satisfied, and be sure everything you do is in moderation.

There are several really good food programs available to join that can help you establish good, healthy eating habits. If food is a problem and you want to control your appetite, find a program that fits your style.

Learn not to over indulge; refuse to do it.

After many years of exercise and watching what I eat, I have grown accustomed to a lifestyle that is important to me.

It is important to look and feel YOUR best.

Each person is different and the goal is not to be super model thin, the goal is to look and feel YOUR best.

Do yourself a favor and do something great for YOU, today, right now...
